UPDATED after class; portfolio edits SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

Download pdf--- Smaller this time, low quality temporarily for easier downloading and viewing. Sorry for the extra page white page in there in the beginning.

New spreads. Format is now 12x12 which works better for the majority of the original sizes of the images anyway.

I think I did most of what was suggested in class today. Let me know if there's still anything that needs major work. Not sure about the yellow Basquiat spreads page.

I know the one with the pink on the right should be on the left, but I liked the way the image's color bled into it, so I left it. Also edited the orange and blue book--much brighter and bolder and no background. Hope it's better.

ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT, PLEEEEEEEEEASE CLASSMATES TOO. I hope to get a cover up soon and I'd really like to print tomorrow or the day after.

16pp mag

Not quite finished completely redoing the posters from below, but here's part of the magazine project. I am in the process of changing these as well, but here are some of the spreads I think I might keep.

The topic is regional differences in (American) art and why. I hope the images don't appear too random because they are supposed to be examples of what was explained in the story itself. Still not too sure about how it all works together.

Also, the last spread is supposed to be an image of performance art so that it goes along with the text for that page, but I need to find a higher resolution image (original was too pixelated). I will edit it once I find one. For now it is just an example of the layout I was trying. Is it ok to have two of those layouts with full bleed images back to back? Should there be a spread in between to transition between the two??
